small chocolate fudge pudding mix (dry)

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine all ingredients in the order given
- Put cupcake liners in muffin tin
- Fill each liner about 2/3 full
- Bake in pre-heated oven for about 25 minutes or until cupcakes spring back when touched
- Let cool & frost.Peanut Butter Buttercream1 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter1/2 cup softened butter2 cups powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla2 tbsp. milk or more as needed to thin frostingCream together peanut butter and butter until fluffy. Slowly add sugar and vanilla until combined and there is no more lumps. Add milk as needed to thin frosting until it's smooth enough to easily pipe through a piping bag.Frost cupcakes and top with chocolate sprinkles and mini reeses peanut butter cups.
